For this reason, the stay with pets is subject to the following rules:

Dogs weighing up to 20 kg are welcome.
The admission of any pet is subject to compliance with these conditions and the establishment's right of admission.
2. The pet must communicate at the reservation
The presence of the dog must be communicated at the time of making the reservation or, in any case, before arrival at the establishment.
The corresponding supplement will be applied per pet per night.
3. The dog cannot be left alone if the hotel is left unattended
Dogs may not be left alone in the room when their owners leave the establishment.
This measure aims to prevent stressful situations, barking, disturbances to other guests, or potential damage.
4. Mandatory use of leash
Dogs must always be kept on a leash in the common areas of Hotel El Pradet and in its access areas and surroundings.
The owner must maintain effective control over the animal at all times.
5. Dangerous or potentially dangerous dogs
Dogs considered dangerous or potentially dangerous must strictly comply with all current regulations in the Principality of Andorra.
They must wear a muzzle when legally required, remain properly restrained, and have all the documentation, identification, insurance, authorizations, and security measures required by applicable regulations.
The owner is solely responsible for fulfilling these obligations.

In case of repeated disturbances, aggressive behavior or non-compliance with the rules, Hotel El Pradet reserves the right of admission and may request that the animal leave the establishment.
8. Access to the restaurant
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant's main dining room, except for legally recognized assistance dogs.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, armchairs or other furniture intended for guest use.
We recommend bringing the animal's usual bed, blanket, or resting item.
10. Do not use hotel clothing for your pet
It is not permitted to use the establishment's towels, sheets, blankets or other textiles to dry, clean or accommodate the dog.
Bathtubs or showers in the rooms should also not be used to wash the animal.
11. Mandatory collection of excrement
Owners must immediately collect their dogs' excrement, both on the premises of the establishment and in its access areas and surroundings.
The owner must always have suitable bags available and subsequently deposit them in the corresponding container.
Failure to comply with this rule in the premises or immediate surroundings of Hotel El Pradet may result in an extraordinary charge of €500 for non-compliance with the rules of coexistence and cleanliness of the establishment, without prejudice to any possible sanctions that may be imposed by the competent authorities.

It is strictly forbidden to allow dogs to urinate:
